College students can learn about the law in Tanzania and other jurisdictions firsthand through the internship. The Firm expects and encourages its interns to collaborate closely with the attorneys and other employees who, among other things, are responsible for case investigation and prosecution, mitigation, compliance, and regulatory issues. Assignments for internships will depend on the student’s academic standing, skills, and the firm’s requirements.

Although we believe that academic success is simply one measure of an applicant’s ability, applicants should have a strong record in the classroom. Personal traits like integrity, maturity, and judgment are equally crucial. Innovation and confidence are desirable traits, as are a proven dedication to corporate-commercial legislation and the firm’s practice areas. In order to fulfill our ambition of being the preeminent law firm in Tanzania, East and Central Africa through the provision of exceptional legal services, we are seeking extremely talented individuals who can demonstrate an affinity with our principles. In exchange, we provide a vibrant and varied atmosphere where individuals can pursue a successful career over a long period of time.

Bill & Williams Advocates is categorically opposed to discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. Given the diversity of our community, it is essential to be able to collaborate with people from all backgrounds.
