William is the founder and Lead Partner of Bill & Williams Advocates, Arusha. He is a passionate legal practitioner consistently for over a decade. His involvement with various national and international organisations has led to his outstanding skills and experience in the most important legal sectors. Apart from being a remarkable litigator in Local and International Courts he is also resourceful in the areas of Corporate Governance, Organisational Policy Formulation, Intellectual Property (IP) and Investment. Mr. William held different positions before he founded the Firm, such as; Associate at Young & Mike Associates, Partner, and Co-founder of Capital Attorneys, and worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He did field attachment with African Regional Intellectual Property Organisation (ARIPO), Harare, Zimbabwe, and attended several training’s prepared both locally and internationally as organized by the East African Community Secretariat, the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA) and Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) and the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology and the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights.

She is the Head of Conveyance and Labour Affairs Department at Bill & Williams Advocates. As a Conveyancer she assists clients in the legal aspects of buying and selling landed properties, Leases, Mortgages, and all types of land transfer. She is well acquainted with the laws and procedures, applicable taxes and fees as well as necessary documents for disposition. Employment and labor-related matters, commercial drafting, and negotiations are as well areas of specialty of Ms. Aksa Mbwana.

Post Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training from the Law School of Tanzania.

He is the Head of Corporate & Advisory Services Department at Bill & Williams Advocates.

He is acquainted with the on the ground processes required for company formation and related corporate governance and compliance issues.

He assists clients in incorporation and registration of various legal entities such as companies, non – Governmental Organizations, Churches and Trusts etc. as well as ensuring post compliance adherence.

He is also acquainted with the various government online systems including BRELA Systems, National Information System and Tanzania National Business Portal etc.

The firm’s Corporate clients such as Companies, NGOs and other businesses continue to enjoy general corporate regulatory advice from the Advisory Department.
